We founded Slonny Cup with the goal to provide young gymnasts with more opportunities to compete and gain new experiences in a friendly atmosphere.
The first Slonny Cup was held in the summer of 2011 in Tartu. Groups of young gymnasts from Finland, Russia, Spain and Estonia attended the Cup. In 2012, more than 500 gymnasts attended the Slonny Cup.
In 2014, in addition to an annual competition in Tartu, for the first time the Slonny Cup was introduced outside of Estonia, in Toronto, Canada. From that year on Slonny Cup has been held annually both in Tartu and Toronto. Next Slonny cups will be held in December 2024 in Tartu and in January 2025 in Toronto.
