You can return any product purchased from the Slonny e-shop that does not meet your expectations within 14 days. To make a return, fill out the returns form that you received along with the product invoice and send it with the original invoice and the product to be returned to the following address:

Please keep in mind that the product to be returned must be unused, undamaged and adequately re-packaged, with original tags attached and in original packaging. If these terms and conditions are met, the purchase amount, excluding postage, will be returned within 14 days of the receipt of returned products.
If you have purchased a wrong size, it can be exchanged for the same type of product in the same colour, but in a different size.
